WHEN ANYONE IS CONSIDERED TO REQUIRE WAY MORE THAN OTHER PEOPLE

People who are on a diet are in fact in dire need of the protein intake needed by their bodies in greater quantities than water intake. Its purpose is to assist the body in dissolving the fat as well as assisting the kidneys in removing the waste substances that arise from protein processing.

Our body also needs more water intake when we do something that is tiring of our muscles. Therefore, there is a phrase that says, "Water is the drink of the champions."
